By accessing or using ScanFort, including the ScanFort Proxy software and associated web interfaces, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Description of Service

ScanFort is an experimental cybersecurity tool designed to assist with bug bounty research and traffic inspection.

ScanFort Proxy operates through a locally installed backend that interfaces with a web-based frontend.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally permitted to use interception and security testing tools in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Intercept traffic without proper authorization
  • Use ScanFort for illegal, malicious, or unethical activities
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit ScanFort services
  • Use ScanFort to violate privacy or data protection laws

4. No Warranty

ScanFort is provided “as is” and “as available”. No warranties are made regarding reliability, accuracy, or fitness for any purpose.

As an beta-stage project, ScanFort may contain bugs, security issues, or incomplete features.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScanFort shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to data loss, legal consequences, or system damage.

6. Third-Party Services

ScanFort relies on third-party infrastructure and services. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or data handling practices of third-party providers.

7. Modifications

These Terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued use of ScanFort constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
